Seems so strange to me.... I doubt cable TV or FM radio were legal rights. Although it is probably a good thing for Finland, this strikes me as one of those "Old Supreme Court Justices fumble around with technology laws" type of situations.

i dont know. i dont think that watching tv keeps you in the game or not watching keeps you out. the internet seems more required to stay equal however...did they do this with the phone way back when? probly not.
