The audacity of greed: How private health insurers just blew their cover

Good commentary on why insurance companies are greedy bastards and are basically making arguments for problems that could be solved through socialized medicine. The article does not state anything most of us do not already know however it an interesting read nonetheless.

I suppose so. The first time I read through it was fast and I kinda skimmed over his points. Reading it over again more carefully I see what you mean, however, I think it boils down to is more of a styling issue then anything else.

The article just seems to be stating that insurance companies are seeking to maximize profits. In other news, GM wants to sell you a car you don't need, for a price you don't want to pay.
