What does Beta mean and how long will idiotechnica.com be in it?
Beta is a fancy schmancy technical term that means: We do not want to take any responsibility for the quality of our software at this time. Idiotechnica will always be in beta.

While all his points hold water, I think he hits the nail on the head when he says That's right, Joe Gamer, it's entirely possible that games cost $60 because some executive, at some point, thought it would be funny to raise the average price of a game by $10 and no one complained. And we kept lining up at the game store with three twenties and a sock of loose change for sales tax. I totally agree with this. When games were 30 - 40 dollars, I bought more of them the time = value of the game wasn't as much of a concern when buying a game wasn't breaking the bank. Now that they are so expensive, I don't buy a game till I hear many reviews and / or play the demos. It used to be that you get what you pay for. These days, you pay whatever you pay for whatever you get. Leave Comment:
