There seem to be lots of things missing or that just plain don't work.
That's not a question. Its a statement. It's an honest mistake to be sure, but maybe its a sign that you should start spending more time thinking about how you might improve yourself and a little less time nitpicking every little detail of any given website.

Those Poor Tanookis - More PETA LoL

http://www.idiotechnica.com/data/users/2009/01/04/1/user_albums/16/tanooki-mario_mrh5jh.jpg On Monday, the controversial organization issued a press release attacking iconic Nintendo mascot Mario for wearing a 'Tanooki' suit in his latest adventure, the Nintendo 3DS game Super Mario 3D Land, which hit shelves on Sunday.

"Tanooki may be just a "suit" in Mario games, but by wearing the skin of an animal, Mario is sending the message that it's OK to wear fur," PETA says.

I think I might be a little sad if PETA ever died. So much humor would die with them .

They were also up in arms about Super Meat Boy a couple years ago. They responded with this:

[H]ere is our official statement:

How many Peta members does it take to change a lightbulb?....
None, Peta can't change anything.

-Team Meat

In all honesty it was very flattering to have a huge [corporation] like Peta take time to parody our humble little game, the fact that it happened on our launch day of Steam just seems like God wants everyone [in] the world to play the game.

Guess God isn't vegan[.]

So PETA has responded to the response:

"Mario fans: Relax! PETA's game was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, a fun way to call attention to a serious issue, that raccoon dogs are skinned alive for their fur," Shakira Croce, PETA's media coordinator said. "We wish real-life tanukis could fly or swat enemies away with their tails and escape from those who profit from their skins. You can help them by never buying real fur."

I think the most amazing thing about all this was the fact that I didn't know tanukis were real. I thought they were just another one of Shigeru Miyamotos shroom-induced hallucinations.
