Someone in the United States Federal Government thought it would be a good idea to have a 747 mock-up of Air Force One escorted by F-16 fighter jets circling the Statue of Liberty. To bad they didn't notify anyone in New York ahead of time. There's so much fail in this story its worth it. I can't wait to hear if there was an increase in heart attack reports at hospitals. The panic is only part of it. In a recession with so much debate over the federal budget and the stimulus plan...why is the government blowing money on jet fuel for photo ops? It probably equates to some laid of auto-workers lost yearly income. WTF is wrong with these people?
