The report basically calls for increased awareness of potential threats from right wing extremists and terrorists. Suspected heightened activity among such groups is credited to the recession mixed with the election of the first black president. Many right wing extremists are mad at this report. my thoughts and prayers go out to these wackos in these trying times.
