There seem to be lots of things missing or that just plain don't work.
That's not a question. Its a statement. It's an honest mistake to be sure, but maybe its a sign that you should start spending more time thinking about how you might improve yourself and a little less time nitpicking every little detail of any given website.

Smoking Gun: Just One Cigarette Has Harmful Effect On Arteries Of Young Healthy Adults

Research presented by Dr. Stella Daskalopoulou at the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress 2009 shows that smoking just one cigarette increases stiffness of the arteries in 18 - 30 year olds by 25%. Young Canadian adults in their early 20s have the highest smoking rate in the country. Now imagine – knowing that just 5-6 cigarettes has a significant negative affect your arteries – what even recreational smoking does to the heart.
"We know that over 90 per cent of teenagers who smoke as few as three to four cigarettes a day may be trapped into a lifelong habit of regular smoking, which typically lasts 35 to 40 years."
It’s unfortunate how addictive cigarettes are, thus making it very difficult to quit. I hope soon we find a medication or procedure that’s very effective at helping people quit smoking.

Marty quit cold turkey first week of June, going on 5 months of no smoking. Previous attempt lasted 3 months, he started up because I was being a pest.

When in Basic Training he quit for 5 months.
While stationed in Italy he quit for a year.

We're aiming for 2 years of no smoking this time. lol

It was supposed to be sarcastic. How is his smoking your problem. When he starts beating you, will that be your fault too? (jk marty).

Well, he had been mentioning that he was on edge thanks to having quit smoking recently. I knew the added stress of being around his family who likes to dump their problems on him wasn't helping. Instead of being a little more sensitive around him and conscious of the environment he was already in; I feined ignorance and pestered him. While my actions shouldn't make his lack of self control excusable, I could have shown some restraint and kept my mouth shut.
