or better yet an I-pad 2? Flavia really wants one and I'm wondering what are the pros and cons. I keep reading these half assed articles about this complaint and that complaint but they're not really compelling arguments for or against buying one so I'm looking for opinions of people that acutally have them.

its the same thing only too big to fit in your pocket.

I dont own one, but I've used the iPad pretty extensively. I don't have any major complaints.. and I hear they beefed it up a lot with the iPad 2, though I've never used one.

I would look at some of the Android tablets that are out too, if you're considering a tablet. I haven't gotten my hands on one yet, but I love Android.

i looked at the samsung tablet thats out for tmobile and verizon though i cant remember the name of it.  it was nice, but it wasnt worth the money, the plans are all too expensive for a data only unit and the port wasnt standard usb. otherwise, id have been all about it. its bigger than a phone, but still cargo pants pocket friendly.
