I thought it was weird that 254 people visited the site from reddit last Wednesday.



It turns out Nicki posted a link to idiotechnica in a thread called "Im bored what is the most obscure or secret website you can think of?" haha, nice job!



p.s. does anyone use reddit? I have tried but it looks so chaotic to me..

It only seems chaotic. It gets easier when you edit the stuff you want to see. my front page has lit-porn, relationship advice, pics, hockey, seattle...

it takes some getting used to, but once you get into it, you never leave.

Reddit is the best. There's some crazy shit on there, though. Whale porn, /r/picsofdeadkids, all kinds of crazyness.

i've been lurking there for a few months but don't really understand their posting system.

also, i find most of the people who post there:
a) take themselves as 'redditors' way too seriously.
b) make dumb jokes, which i understand are meant to be reddit memes, but are not all that funny or original (so unless that's the purpose of the memes...)

the things i like:
when someone posts asking for help or advice on something there's usually some 'redditor' on there who possesses expertise in that particular field.

but yea, i think they're pretty much douche bags.
