Posts: Support and Suggestions / Brand spanin' new bugs thread.

When I edit a thread that has the quotation mark   "   in the title, the thread title will only show text up until the quotation mark in the edit screen.  However, upon submiting the edited post, the full title reappears!   Even if I don't re-enter the missing text.

Also, note the difference in the title of this thread in "forum view" versus the title that shows up when you click on it.

On blogs - when not logged in, clicking on the "User Blogs" link in the header results in a display of the most recent blogs, with a big blank white box on the left hand side.



My suggestion would be to include:



- Log in / register box

- An option to sort blogs by title only. (ie. view the title only without the snippet)

Also on blogs, it would be nice to have a "View all blogs by _______."   when you are viewing any individual blog entry.

It seems if I keep a window open long enough (and also browse idiotechnica in other windows) then the submit button will just take me back to the blog pages without posting anything.

the pat white thread is doing that invisible post thing for me. where it loads the background, but not the actual thread / post.
it seems to be doing it in both chrome and firefox.

its a bug.

its the slash you used in the title. its effing up the page router. ill figure something out.

Not to rush you, but what exactly is going on with the posting app?   Right now it's frighteningly confusing with the inner-post window having "Bold" "Smilies" etc, while the outer window still has the old toggle buttons.    It's like a gateway through time!

The Posts: 4  Users: 3      indicators should both go under the "last post" instead of the usernames. Right now it makes it seem like that specific user has posted whatever # of times.

Strikeouts seem to be broken unless you use the [s] tags.   The new formatting buttons fail.
